Our collections are thoughtfully tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers, from everyday elegance to special event glamour.
The Role: We are looking for Contract Administrator who can work within a dynamic and high performing environment.
Key duties will include but not limited to:

- Prepare, review, and negotiate contract terms, conditions, and pricing arrangements with external parties, ensuring agreements are finalised in line with negotiated outcomes and relevant legislative requirements.

- Prepare and draft various types of contracts, including vendor agreements, supply contracts, and service agreements specific to Karizmah Pty Ltd.

- Formulate, implement, and oversee the organisation’s contract management strategy to ensure it aligns with overall business objectives and project needs.

- Develop and maintain standardised contract templates and clauses to promote consistency, regulatory compliance, and effective risk management.

- Track and monitor contract milestones, deadlines, and deliverables of Karizmah to ensure timely completion and compliance.

- Administer contract amendments, variations, and purchase orders through structured communication and coordination with relevant stakeholders.

- Supervise invoice processing, project-related financial reporting, and monthly reporting activities in collaboration with the finance team.

- Work closely with project teams and external stakeholders to address disputes, ensure contractual compliance, and facilitate the successful completion of projects.

- Stay informed about industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to contract management in the clothing industry.

Salary: $ 80,000.00 (annually exclusive of superannuation).
